Welcome to our newly designed apartment in the prestigious Maslak area, with a breathtaking view of the Belgrade forests. This modern residence seamlessly integrates the surrounding natural beauty with carefully selected interiors.
Living Room and Dining Area: The spacious living room, which also includes the dining area, is decorated with panoramic windows showing the picturesque Belgrade forests. Our client's vision of a simple yet elegant design is achieved with a neutral palette of coffee, brown, and mocha colors.
Standing out with mixed materials, the custom-made TV unit sets the style with its marble platform and geometric shapes. An inviting L-shaped sofa accompanied by two armchairs complements the large windows and creates a pleasant contrast. Designed with inspiration from the TV unit, the coffee table blends wood and marble with geometric patterns. Safety and sophistication come together in the fireplace design, which seamlessly integrates wood and decorative elements.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room, the dining area is highlighted by a charming Italian paint design on the center wall, simulating the glamor of marble.
Stucco molding features elegant wall sconces that create a harmonious aesthetic. Herringbone-style flooring framed by copper strips and parquet lines adds a touch of luxury. The copper baseboard completes the look, becoming a defining element of the room. Linear light paths and spotlights were carefully selected to enhance the overall ambiance.
Hallway and Entrance: The hallway and entry area showcase a sophisticated look with marble tiles and copper baseboards, providing a bold and seamless transition between walls and floor.
Master Bedroom: In response to our client's preference for a dark brown color scheme, the master bedroom is a haven of tranquility. The bedroom features a cleverly separated dressing area with adjustable round mirrors that rotate 360 degrees. At the back of the bed, a copper plate covering the side panels creates a harmonious contrast.
The marble niche above the bed serves as a stylish storage solution, decorated with wooden frames with fabric pieces.
This carefully crafted design harmonizes aesthetics with functionality, transforming the apartment into a personalized haven that captures the essence of modern living.
